ACGBBQ, LLC, a licensed Sonny’s BBQ franchisee, is hiring a BOH team member to deliver a memorable guest experience. You will cook, manage grill and fry stations, read orders, and maintain a clean kitchen.

Qualifications

• Restaurant industry experience or training is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Able to push, pull, lift up to 90 pounds.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Cook and operate kitchen equipment.
• Read orders and follow Sonny’s BOH procedures.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation.
• Assist with basic food prep and plating.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Perform cleaning duties during and after shifts.
• Read and follow KDS guidelines.
• All other duties as assigned.
