You will master grill and fry equipment, read POS orders, maintain sanitation, and help ensure guests receive the best barbecue experience.

Qualifications

• Related experience in restaurant industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Able to push, pull, lift up to 90 pounds.
• Work with wet/humid conditions and cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Cook and operate grill and fry stations.
• Memorize Sonny's BOH terminology, plating, and procedures.
• Read orders and follow protocols to process orders.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation throughout shift.
• Perform cleaning duties and use a meat slicer with knives.
