Qualifications

• Related experience and/or training in the restaurant industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Able to read orders and follow protocols.
• Physical ability to lift up to 90 pounds and stand long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Cook and operate grill and fryer equipment according to SOPs.
• Read orders and perform tasks using KDS.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation.
• Work safely with knives and meat slicer.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned.
