Job summary

ACGBBQ LLC., a Sonny’s BBQ licensed franchisee, is hiring BOH team members to support grill, fry and prep stations in a fast-paced kitchen. You will follow Sonny’s procedures, read orders, and maintain a clean, safe workstation while delivering consistent quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant industry preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and basic math literacy.

Responsibilities

• Ability to cook.
• Memorize and apply Sonny’s BOH terminology and procedures.
• Navigate around equipment and manage the grill.
• Operate frying equipment and bread grill.
• Read orders and follow protocols per KDS.
• Maintain a clean workstation and follow sanitation guidelines.
• Perform cleaning duties and use a meat slicer.
• Work with sharp knives and perform other duties as assigned.
