Job summary

ACGBBQ, LLC., a Sonny’s BBQ franchise, seeks BOH Team Members to provide memorable guest experiences through teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen. You will manage the grill, handle fry equipment, and ensure proper food preparation following Sonny’s SOPs.

Responsibilities include reading orders via KDS, maintaining clean stations, following sanitary guidelines, and working with knives and meat slicer. Must be able to lift up to 90 pounds and work a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Related experience in the restaurant industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be dependable and maintain a flexible schedule.
• Attend and successfully complete any ongoing training or certification programs.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare menu items according to Sonny's standards.
• Navigate around kitchen equipment.
• Fully responsible for managing the grill.
• Operate frying equipment and bread grill when required.
• Read orders and follow protocols via the KDS.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation throughout shift.
• Adhere to sanitary and food preparation guidelines.
• Perform cleaning duties during and after shifts.
