Job summary

ACGBBQ, LLC., a licensed Sonny’s BBQ franchisee, is seeking a hardworking BOH team member to support grill, fry, and prep stations. You will read orders via KDS, maintain sanitation, and work as part of a fast-paced kitchen team.

Applicants should have restaurant experience, strong teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Training and certifications may be required, with a dependable, flexible schedule and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Related experience in the restaurant industry.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Must be dependable with a flexible schedule.
• Attend and complete trainings or certifications as required by the company or state.

Responsibilities

• Cook and manage the grill, ensuring proper heat and timing.
• Operate fry station and bread grill as needed.
• Read orders and follow protocols via the KDS.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and follow sanitation guidelines.
• Perform cleaning duties during and after shifts.
• Handle knives and meat slicer safely and efficiently.
