Sonny’s is seeking a Back of House (BOH) Team Member in Largo, FL. You will cook, read orders, maintain a clean workstation, and follow sanitary guidelines in a fast-paced kitchen.

This role supports daily restaurant operations and ensures food safety and quality. Responsibilities include managing grill and frying equipment, using a meat slicer, handling sharp knives, and reading KDS orders; you will train as needed, work flexible hours, and contribute to a collaborative team environment while

Responsibilities

• Ability to cook.
• Memorize and apply Sonny’s BOH terminology, plating, and procedures.
• Ability to navigate around equipment.
• Fully responsible for managing the grill.
• Operate frying equipment and bread grill.
• Read orders and process according to the KDS.
• Maintain a clean workstation.
• Adhere to sanitary and food preparation guidelines.
• Perform cleaning duties throughout and at end of shift.
• Use a meat slicer.
• Able to work with sharp knives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
