ACGBBQ, LLC., a licensed Sonny's BBQ franchisee, seeks a hardworking BOH team member in Lakeland, FL. This role executes Sonny's kitchen standards, manages the grill, operates fryers, and supports all food-prep activities in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have restaurant experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to lift up to 90 pounds. Teamwork, reliability, and adherence to safety guidelines are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Related experience and/or training in the restaurant industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Constant ability to push, pull, lift, carry and move up to 90 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Cook and follow Sonny's BOH procedures and terminology.
• Navigate around equipment and manage the grill.
• Operate fryers and bread grill as needed.
• Read orders and follow KDS protocols to process orders.
• Maintain a clean workstation and adhere to sanitary guidelines.
• Perform cleaning duties throughout and at the end of the shift.
• Use a meat slicer and handle sharp knives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
