Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• 1 year kitchen/culinary/chef experience on a broiler preferred.
• Experience with kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grill temperature throughout the shift.
• Open-kitchen layout with visibility from the dining room.
• Coordinate designated positions with team and management.
• Manage ticket orders for proteins and ensure proper food temps per company specs.
• Maintain a clean station and workspace and follow sanitation protocols.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
