Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
• 1 year of kitchen/culinary/chef experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with knives, slicer, mixer, stoves and ovens.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grill temperature and monitor open-kitchen line.
• Coordinate with expo and management to ensure orders are cooked to spec.
• Open and close duties, sanitation and station cleanliness.
