Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
• 1 yr. previous kitchen/culinary/chef experience on a broiler is preferred, but not required.
• Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• This individual is responsible for maintaining the temperature of the grill throughout the shift.
• Coordination with open-kitchen layout requires strong communication and teamwork with other employees.
• Manage ticket orders for proteins and ensure proper food temperatures and sanitation.
• Opening duties and closing cleaning duties.
