Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old to operate kitchen equipment.
• 1 yr. previous kitchen / culinary / chef experience on a broiler is preferred.
• Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grill temperature throughout the shift.
• Open-kitchen layout with visibility from the dining area and coordination with staff.
• Coordinate with assembler, expo, and management to execute orders.
• Manage ticket orders for proteins and ensure proper food temps per company specs.
• Maintain a clean station and perform opening/closing duties and sanitation.
