Ten Five Hospitality in Washington DC is launching The Oak Room, a new restaurant and lounge concept in Georgetown. We are seeking a dynamic Grill Cook to monitor the grill, ensure correct temperatures, and plate high-quality dishes that meet our recipes and standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in a fast-paced kitchen and strong communication. Sauté experience is a plus; flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. We are committed to hospitality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Sauté experience is a plus, as this is a floating position.

Responsibilities

• Complete tasks assigned in a timely manner.
• Monitor and adjust cooking times and temps to ensure quality.
• Cook and plate food according to recipes.
• Maintain clean and organized workstation and rotate inventory (FIFO).
• Communicate needs to Chef or Manager clearly.
