Guest Services, Inc. is hiring a Grill Cook to prepare, cook, and serve items on the grill and coordinate with the Executive Chef on daily and special function menus. The role emphasizes safe food handling, accurate production, and timely service.

The Grill Cook will set up, restock, and break down the grill, produce daily menu items and specials, and ensure quality and consistency across all grilled offerings while maintaining cleanliness and safety in the grill area.

Formación

• Partial High School education required; High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred.
• Culinary knowledge and food safety certification are required.
• Strong customer service abilities; actively looks for ways to assist customers and coworkers.
• Ability to recognize problems and communicate them to management.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, restock, and break down of the grill.
• Daily production of meal items and menu specials.
• Prepare daily specials, hot sandwiches, and sides for service.
• Follow recipes and product directions for grilling foods.
• Operate kitchen equipment to measure, mix, and prepare ingredients, and report malfunctions.
