Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a customer-facing sales support professional to assist the Grid Solutions portfolio for Power Utilities, Industrial customers, and the wider Energy sector. You will collaborate with Key Account Managers, Distributors, and Channel Partners to win business and ensure a smooth sales process.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, creating and following up on quotations, inputting orders with accurate pricing and lead times, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (or high school diploma with 3 years direct sales experience).
3+ years direct experience working with customers and supporting inquiries.

Responsibilities

Supports Grid Solutions portfolio for Power Utilities, Industrial customers, and the Energy sector.
Liaises between Outside sales, Customers, and Technical Product Support to ensure smooth sales processes and issue resolution.
Create, submit, follow-up, and close-out quotations; verify order pricing, lead times, and contracts.
Provide training and facilitate learning for peers; manage workload for backup staff.
