Job summary

GE Vernova in Charlotte is seeking a customer-facing sales/support professional to win business and support the Grid Solutions portfolio across Power Utilities and industrial customers.

You will collaborate with account managers, distributors, and channel partners, handling inquiries, bids, orders, pricing, lead times, and contracts with a focus on timely, accurate responses and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of direct experience in sales or customer support of a technical industrial or commercial manufactured product)

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate with Key Account Managers, Sales Representatives, Distributors, and Channel Partners to back Grid Solutions portfolio for Power Utilities and Industrial customers
• Handle customer inquiries, process bids, orders, reports, invoices, and contract requirements for targeted clients and territories
• Serve as liaison between Outside sales, Customers, and internal Technical Product Support to ensure smooth sales processes
• Prepare quotations, verify orders, pricing, lead times, and contractual requirements
• Provide training and facilitate learning for peers; manage workload for backup staff
