GE Vernova is seeking a highly experienced Grid Automation - Data Center Key Account Sales Manager to lead sales strategy for protection and control, asset monitoring, and CIC product lines. The role focuses on multi-million-dollar partnerships with DC hyperscalers, developers, OEMs and consultants in a fully remote capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or BA required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of direct sales, account or leadership experience.
• At least 5 years in electrical/utility industry with Grid Solutions exposure.
• Deep knowledge of data center power shell architectures.
• Willingness to travel up to ~50% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead Grid Automation account strategy for growth and profitability across data center segments.
• Develop and execute commercial strategy for Grid Automation products and portfolio.
• Guide and empower cross-functional teams to implement account growth plans.
• Forecast orders, margins, and sales accurately for assigned customers.
• Build strategic relationships with key decision makers and drive opportunities.
• Identify and create new sales opportunities and drive product introductions.
• Provide market feedback on pricing, trends, and competition to marketing.
• Manage installed base, document gaps, and expand the customer base.
