Job summary

Greens at the Rock in North Little Rock, AR, is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to assist the Community and Maintenance Directors with resident repairs and preventative maintenance. On-site living is included, with a generous apartment rent discount.

You will respond promptly to maintenance requests, perform preventative maintenance, drywall and painting, lighting, basic carpentry, routine property inspections, and help with grounds as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience with a variety of maintenance disciplines.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• General customer service and commitment to resident satisfaction.
• Past property maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner.

We are seeking a reliable full-time Senior Maintenance Technician for our beautiful community, Greens at the Rock!

In this role, you will assist the Community and Maintenance Directors in responding to the repair needs of residents, as well as performing preventative maintenance within the community. You will have the benefit of living on-site, saving time and gas every day!

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs
• Performing general maintenance tasks such as painting, repairing drywall, fixing lighting, and basic carpentry
• Clean and maintain apartment units and community amenities
• Conduct routine property inspections
• Move furniture and equipment as needed
• Helping with the grounds when needed
• Advise, Lead, and Repair equipment and units per Lindsey Management standards
• Must be available on-call as needed
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled

Skills and Qualifications
