Greens at Hurricane Creek in Bryant, AR, is seeking a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician to support the Community Director and Maintenance Director. The role includes on-site living benefits and responding to resident repair requests with preventative maintenance across the property.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, painting, drywall repair, lighting fixes, and basic carpentry, along with periodic property inspections and after-hours on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Experience in multiple maintenance disciplines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction.
• Previous property maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC or CPO certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs.
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, repairing drywall, fixing lighting, and basic carpentry.
• Clean and maintain apartment units and community amenities.
• Conduct routine property inspections.
• Move furniture and equipment as needed.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
• Work weekends, evenings, holidays, and on-call as scheduled.

We are seeking a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician for our beautiful apartment community, The Greens at Hurricane Creek.

In this role, you will assist the Community Director and Maintenance Director in responding to resident repair requests and performing preventative maintenance throughout the property. This position includes the benefit of living on-site, saving time and commuting costs each day.
