Job summary

The Links at Eagle Hill in Little Rock, AR is seeking a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician for a beautiful apartment community. You will respond to resident maintenance requests, perform preventative maintenance and general repairs to keep units and common areas in top condition.

This on-site role emphasizes strong organizational skills and a commitment to resident satisfaction. HVAC or CPO credentials are a plus; must have a valid driver’s license and pass a background/drug screening.

Qualifications

• Experience with a variety of maintenance disciplines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction.
• Previous property maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC or CPO certification is a plus.
• All applicants must pass a criminal background check and drug screening, and must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs.
• Perform painting, drywall repair, lighting fixes and basic carpentry.
• Clean and maintain apartment units and community amenities.
• Conduct routine property inspections.
• Move furniture and equipment as needed.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Work weekends, evenings, holidays, and on-call as scheduled.
