Job summary

Greens at Derby, managed by Lindsey Management Co., Inc., seeks a Maintenance Technician to support the on-site team at The Greens Derby. The role focuses on responding to resident repair requests, performing preventative maintenance, and handling general upkeep of the property.

On-site living is provided with a generous rent discount; a strong emphasis on resident satisfaction and timely service. Availability for after-hours on-call is required and weekends/evenings may be scheduled.

Qualifications

• Experience with a variety of maintenance disciplines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction.
• Previous property maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC or CPO certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs
• Paint, drywall repair, lighting and basic carpentry
• Clean and maintain apartment units and community amenities
• Conduct routine property inspections
• Move furniture and equipment as needed
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
• Work weekends, evenings, holidays, and on-call as scheduled

Full Time Regular Greens Derby, DERBY, KS, US

We are seeking a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician for our beautiful apartment community, The Greens at Derby.

In this role, you will assist the Community Director and Maintenance Director in responding to resident repair requests and performing preventative maintenance throughout the property. This position includes the benefit of living on-site, saving time and commuting costs each day.

Responsibilities

Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner

Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs

Performing general maintenance tasks such as painting, repairing drywall, fixing lighting, and basic carpentry

Clean and maintain apartment units and community amenities

Conduct routine property inspections

Move furniture and equipment as needed

Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies

Work weekends, evenings, holidays, and on-call as scheduled
