Job summary

Lindsey Management Co., Inc. seeks a Senior Maintenance Technician for our Doubletree community in Rogers, AR. This full-time role supports the Community and Maintenance Directors by addressing resident repair needs and performing preventative maintenance on-site.

Living on-site reduces commute time and gas expenses. Responsibilities include timely response to requests, preventative maintenance, and general repairs (painting, drywall, lighting, carpentry).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with various maintenance disciplines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Customer service mindset and resident-focused.
• HVAC knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform preventive maintenance and general repairs.
• Paint walls, repair drywall, fix lighting, and basic carpentry tasks.
• Clean and maintain apartment units and community amenities.
• Conduct routine property inspections and move furniture/equipment as needed.
• Assist with grounds maintenance as required.
• Lead and repair equipment per Lindsey Management standards.
• Be available on-call and able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

We are seeking a reliable full-time Senior Maintenance Technician for our beautiful community,Doubletree !

In this role, you will assist the Community and Maintenance Directors in responding to the repair needs of residents, as well as performing preventative maintenance within the community. You will have the benefit of living on-site, saving time and gas every day!

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs
• Performing general maintenance tasks such as painting, repairing drywall, fixing lighting, and basic carpentry

• Conduct routine property inspections
• Move furniture and equipment as needed
• Helping with the grounds when needed
• Advise, Lead, and Repair equipment and units per Lindsey Management standards
