Greens at the Rock in North Little Rock, AR, seeks a reliable full-time Senior Maintenance Technician to assist the Community and Maintenance Directors with resident repair needs and preventative maintenance on-site.

Greens at the Rock is professionally managed by Lindsey Management Co., Inc. This role includes on-site living with a generous rent discount, requires availability for on-call, weekends, evenings, and holidays, and focuses on maintaining a high standard of resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with a variety of maintenance disciplines.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• General customer service and commitment to resident satisfaction.
• Past property maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs.
• Paint, repair drywall, fix lighting and basic carpentry.
• Clean and maintain apartment units and community amenities.
• Conduct routine property inspections.
• Move furniture and equipment as needed.
• Assist with grounds maintenance when required.
• Advise, lead, and repair equipment and units per Lindsey Management standards.
• Be on-call as needed and able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

We are seeking a reliable full-time Senior Maintenance Technician for our beautiful community, Greens at the Rock!

In this role, you will assist the Community and Maintenance Directors in responding to the repair needs of residents, as well as performing preventative maintenance within the community. You will have the benefit of living on-site, saving time and gas every day!

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner
