Job summary

Sprout in Garland, TX is seeking a Terminal Operator to safely manage IT asset disposition operations, receiving, storing, and dispatching electronics while ensuring regulatory compliance. This role demands accurate data entry, strong attention to detail, and adherence to safety standards.

You will coordinate drivers, verify loads, maintain paperwork, and perform routine quality and safety checks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Previous ITAD or inventory management experience preferred.
Ability to recognize various electronics and perform accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

Driver coordination: greet truck drivers, verify load numbers, manage documentation.
Receiving and dispatching equipment following procedures and documentation.
Document management: organize and store required documents properly.
Data collection and entry into the system with accuracy.
Inspect equipment against Bills of Lading and photograph for records.
Meet customer-specific requirements during handling processes.
Conduct cycle counts and manage stock levels; outbound scanning and sealing.
Update system with load statuses in real time.
Perform regular safety checks and drills to ensure compliance.
Conduct quality checks on equipment per standards.
