Qualifications

• Experience in IT asset disposition (ITAD) or similar environment preferred.
• Experience in inventory management or a related field is required.
• Fluency in English is required; Spanish language proficiency is highly desired.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Driver Coordination: greet truck drivers, verify load numbers, and manage driver documentation.
• Receiving and Dispatching Equipment: oversee safe handling and documentation.
• Document Management: organize and store relevant documents.
• Data Collection and Entry: accurately collect and enter data into the system.
• Product Verification: inspect equipment against Bills of Lading (BOLs), and take photos for records.
• Customer Requirements: ensure customer-specific requirements are met.
• Inventory Management: conduct cycle counting, manage stock levels, and perform outbound scanning and sealing.
• Load Status Updates: keep the system updated with real-time statuses.
• Safety Compliance: conduct regular safety checks and drills.
• Quality Control: perform quality checks on equipment and ensure standards.

• Ability to type 40 words per minute.
• Proficient in basic arithmetic.
• Proficient in Excel and inventory management software.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Fluency in English is required; Spanish language proficiency is highly desired.
• High degree of situational awareness with an emphasis on safety.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for an entire 8-hour shift.
• Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends if needed.
