Job summary

Sprout is seeking an ITAD Operator in Garland, TX to identify, sort, and de-manufacture IT assets in compliance with R2v3 and ISO 27001 standards. This role requires hands-on warehouse work and adherence to safety protocols.

You will handle material movements, support recycling processes, and maintain accurate processing records while working with a team. A high school diploma or GED is required, with overtime availability as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient in speaking, reading, and understanding English.
• Ability to type 40 words per minute accurately.
• Experience with basic hand tools such as drills and pliers.
• Ability to work well in a team and meet objectives.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, when needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and classify IT assets and consumer electronics.
• Safely transport materials across the warehouse.
• Keep stock areas organized and labeled.
• Disassemble IT assets for recycling or disposal.
• Follow all safety procedures and data security standards.
• Operate tools common to ITAD processing with care.
• Maintain accurate records of materials processed.
• Support continuous improvement and teamwork.
