Job summary

Sprout is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Garland, TX to oversee material handling, cycle counting, and inventory accuracy within a fast-paced facilities environment. You will supervise daily operations, coordinate put-away, picking, and counting tasks, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

The role requires 3+ years in warehousing with at least 1 year in a lead capacity, and experience with WMS/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse or distribution, including 1+ year in a supervisory or lead capacity.
• Demonstrated experience with WMS or ERP-based inventory transactions.
• Powered industrial truck certification, or ability to certify within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow documented work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Direct, schedule, and coordinate assigned warehouse personnel against daily workload and priority.
• Maintain 100% location accuracy for serialized inventory; escalate unresolved discrepancies.
• Enforce chain-of-custody handling requirements for data-bearing devices.
• Maintain facility location scheme, labeling, and housekeeping.
• Support safety programs including PPE, equipment operation, and incident reporting.
