Job summary

Sprout is seeking ITAD Operators to identify, sort, reconcile, and de-manufacture IT assets in a warehouse setting. You will follow Sprout’s standards for safety and data security while handling items from intake to disposition.

The role requires basic IT asset handling experience, ability to lift 50 pounds, and willingness to work overtime and weekends. This on-site position supports a nationwide and international network in a fast-growing, values-driven company.

Qualifications

• Proficient in speaking, reading, and understanding English.
• Type at least 40 words per minute.
• Basic arithmetic skills required.
• Experience with hand tools (power drill, pliers, etc.).
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends.
• Adaptability to changing tasks and expectations.
• Experience with basic IT asset handling and de-manufacturing.
• Proven ability to work as a team to meet objectives.

Responsibilities

• Product Identification: classify IT assets and consumer electronics.
• Material Handling: move materials safely around the site.
• Organizing Stock: keep workstations and stock areas tidy.
• De-Manufacturing: disassemble assets for recycling or disposal.
• Adherence to Operational Procedures.
• Safety and Security Compliance: follow safety and data security rules.
• Mastery of product identification and correct item placement.
• Mastery of de-manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency with tools used in ITAD processing.
