Pioneer Metal Finishing in Green Bay, WI seeks a Recruiting Specialist to partner with HR and operations to source, screen, and hire entry-level and other assigned roles. You will manage full life-cycle recruiting, create positive candidate experiences, and ensure timely communication with internal teams.

The successful candidate will be organized, responsive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while promoting Pioneer Fundamentals during hiring.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience using HRIS and ATS.
• Strong candidate sourcing and interview skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life-cycle recruiting for Green Bay location, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate presentation, offer support, and hiring.
• Develop recruiting strategies aligned with location staffing objectives.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and act as liaison throughout the process.
• Monitor recruiting activity and improve sourcing and candidate flow.
