This full-time role combines full-cycle recruiting with day-to-day HR support, helping ensure hiring processes run smoothly while employees receive consistent guidance on core people operations topics. The successful candidate will coordinate recruiting from job posting through accepted offers, while also assisting with onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration,

Qualifications

• 3+ years HR and/or recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience handling onboarding, employee relations, benefits, HR administration, or performance management preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS/applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions from posting to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements.
• Create and maintain job postings to attract qualified candidates.
• Source candidates via job boards, referrals, networks, schools, workforce organizations, and community resources.
• Review applications and resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and assist managers through the selection process.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the process and extend offers.
