Job summary

The Bay Family of Companies in Green Bay, WI is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support the HR Manager in full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding. You will maintain careers pages, refer qualified candidates to Hiring Managers for onsite interviews, and partner with managers to determine hiring needs and selection criteria.

You will actively source candidates, conduct phone screens, and manage documentation through ATS, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and high-quality

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Spanish bi-lingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the company careers page and external job advertisements.
• Refer qualified candidates to Hiring Managers for onsite interviews.
• Partner with HR Manager and Hiring Managers to determine hiring needs and selection criteria.
• Develop knowledge of the Company, its culture, benefits, products and services to sell the opportunity.
• Network to source candidates and perform proactive sourcing activities.
