Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a detail-oriented professional to process contract setups in Great Plains for accurate billing and accounting across multiple regions. You will work with Presidents, VPs and RDs, ensuring the contracts are clear for billing and that the team has support to resolve ambiguities.

You will collaborate with the AR Billing team, develop contract documentation within billing system constraints, and help implement system integrations between ADP, Great Plains, Avid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, finance or accounting preferred but not required.
• Experience in contract setup for billing purposes.
• Experience in system integrations is preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Advanced Excel with formulas such as vlookups and pivot tables.
• Proven leadership / presentation skills.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills.
• Ability to problem solve, be resourceful in performing research and work independently.
• Must have a strong work ethic and be detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work with sensitive or confidential information and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process contract setup in Great Plains for billing across regions.
• Maintain relationships with Presidents/VPs/RDs and resolve contract ambiguities.
• Work with the AR Billing team to align billing with contracts.
• Develop draft contract documents to meet billing system limitations.
• Develop system integrations between ADP, Great Plains, Avid and Connect.
• Ensure contract compliance with billing requirements and map contracts.
• Develop procedures for contract management in line with policy and billing.
• Communicate signed contracts to relevant parties for visibility and SLA alignment.
• Load and validate various files into GP for billing and reporting.
• Handle ongoing issue and change management, renewals and extensions.
