Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a contract setup specialist to process contract configurations in Great Plains for billing and accounting. You will collaborate with AR Billing, executives, and IT to ensure accurate data flows and contract visibility.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with billing systems, and the ability to draft compliant contract documents. A professional, detail-oriented teammate is essential for meeting SLA deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
• Experience in contract setup for billing purposes
• Experience in system integrations is preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot)
• Strong leadership, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational/multitasking abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information and comply with policy

Responsibilities

• Process contract setup for billing in Great Plains across regions
• Maintain relationships with Presidents/VPs/RDs and support contract setup clarifications
• Coordinate with AR Billing to align billing with contract setup
• Draft documents to meet billing system limitations
• Develop system integrations between ADP, Great Plains, Avid and Connect
• Ensure contract compliance with billing requirements
• Map ADP, Great Plains and GL data
• Create procedures for contract management and policy alignment
• Communicate signed contracts to stakeholders to support SLA deadlines
• Load/validate files into GP for billing and reporting
• Handle issue/change management and contract close-out/renewal
• Assist in implementing other companies on the Great Plains system
• Generate ad-hoc, aging, and month-end reports via SmartList/SSRS
