Job summary

Crowe is seeking a seasoned GRC Technology Senior Consultant with a strong Workiva focus to join our Governance, Risk and Compliance Technology Consulting team in the United States. You will implement, configure, and optimize Workiva solutions, helping clients manage governance, risk, compliance, and related business processes.

You’ll translate business requirements into technical designs, collaborate with clients and Crowe teams through the full lifecycle, and contribute to solution development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field
• 3-5 years in a professional environment
• 2+ years in software implementation or technology consulting
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating to solutions
• Experience with Workiva in a consulting or enterprise environment
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Workiva platform expert for client engagements.
• Lead and support Workiva implementations and configurations.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs.
• Configure, build, develop, prototype, and test technology solutions.
• Develop testing strategies and support UAT and other testing cycles.
• Develop training plans and materials and deliver training.
• Support pre-sales activities including platform demonstrations and proofs of concept.
• Maintain focus on customer success, scope, timelines, and quality.
• Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders across levels.
• Contribute to solution development, project leadership, and business development.
