Job summary

Crowe is seeking an experienced GRC Technology Senior Consultant with a strong emphasis on the Workiva platform to join our Governance, Risk and Compliance Technology Consulting team in the United States.

You will implement, configure, and optimize Workiva solutions for Fortune 500 and mid‑market clients, translating business requirements into technology that supports governance, risk, and compliance programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in MIS/Finance/Accounting/CS/Economics/Business or related field.
3–5 years of professional experience.
2+ years in software implementation, technology consulting, system configuration, or related discipline.
Experience gathering requirements and translating to functional/technical solutions.
Experience implementing Workiva solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong organizational and communication skills.
Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Serve as a Workiva platform resource and SME for client engagements.
Lead and support Workiva implementations, configurations, and related initiatives.
Collaborate with clients to identify and document business/functional requirements.
Translate requirements into functional/technical designs and solutions.
Configure, build, test, and deploy technology solutions; develop training plans.
