Job summary

Crowe is seeking an experienced and motivated GRC Technology Senior Consultant with a strong focus on the Workiva platform to join our Governance, Risk and Compliance team. You will work with organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to mid-market to transform how they manage governance, risk, compliance, and related business processes through technology.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in MIS, Finance, Accounting, CS, Economics, or related field.
3–5 years of professional experience.
2+ years in software implementation, technology consulting, or system configuration.
Experience gathering requirements and translating to functional/technical solutions.
Experience implementing Workiva solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Serve as a Workiva platform SME for client engagements.
Lead and support Workiva implementations and configurations.
Identify and document business and functional requirements.
Translate requirements into functional and technical designs.
Configure, build, prototype, and test technology solutions.
Develop testing strategies and support UAT and testing cycles.
Develop training plans and deliver client training.
Support pre-sales activities including demos and proofs of concept.
Maintain focus on customer success, scope, timelines, and quality.
Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders.
Contribute to solution development, project leadership, and business development.
