Job summary

Crowe is seeking a seasoned GRC Technology Senior Consultant focusing on the Workiva platform to join our Governance, Risk and Compliance Technology Consulting team. You will implement, configure, and optimize Workiva solutions across GRC, financial reporting, Wdata, and Sustainability for Fortune 500 to mid‑market clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in MIS, Finance, Accounting, CS, Econ, or related field.
3–5 years of professional experience.
2+ years in software implementation, technology consulting, or related discipline.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating into functional/technical solutions.
Experience implementing Workiva or similar GRC solutions; strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as a Workiva platform SME for client engagements.
Lead and support Workiva implementations and configurations.
Document business and functional requirements with clients.
Translate requirements into solution designs and configurations.
Develop testing strategies and support UAT and other cycles.
Create training plans and materials for client functions.
Assist pre‑sales with platform demos and proofs of concept.
Ensure alignment with project objectives, scope, and timelines.
Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders at various levels.
