Crowe is seeking an experienced GRC Technology Senior Consultant with a strong Workiva focus to join our Governance, Risk and Compliance technology team. You will implement, configure, and optimize Workiva solutions for clients ranging from mid-market to Fortune 500, translating business needs into scalable technology outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
3-5 years of professional experience.
2+ years in software implementation or technology consulting.
Experience gathering requirements and translating them into solutions.
Experience implementing Workiva solutions in consulting or enterprise environments.
Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

Serve as a Workiva platform SME for client engagements.
Lead and support Workiva implementations and configurations.
Collaborate with clients to document business and functional requirements.
Translate requirements into functional and technical designs.
Configure, build, test, and deploy technology solutions.
Develop testing strategies and support UAT and testing cycles.
Deliver training and support across client functions.
Support pre-sales including platform demos and proofs of concept.
Maintain focus on customer success, scope, and timelines.
Engage with project teams and stakeholders at multiple levels.
