Job summary

Crowe is seeking an experienced GRC Technology Senior Consultant with a strong Workiva focus to join our Governance, Risk and Compliance Technology Consulting team. You will work with Fortune 500–scale clients to transform governance, risk, and compliance using Workiva solutions.

You will implement, configure, and optimize Workiva offerings, translate business requirements into technical designs, and collaborate throughout the project lifecycle from requirements gathering to go-live and ongoing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a professional environment.
2+ years of experience with software implementation or technology consulting.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating to solutions.
Experience implementing Workiva solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as a Workiva SME for client engagements.
Lead Workiva implementations, enhancements, configurations, and related initiatives.
Work directly with clients to identify, understand, and document business requirements.
Translate requirements into functional and technical solution designs.
Configure, build, prototype, and test technology solutions.
Develop testing strategies and plans and support UAT.
