Job summary

Crowe is seeking an experienced GRC Technology Senior Consultant with a strong focus on the Workiva platform to join our Governance, Risk and Compliance Technology Consulting team in the United States. You will help mid-market and Fortune 500 clients transform how they govern, risk, and report, translating business needs into scalable Workiva solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Finance, Accounting, CS, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years in a professional environment.
• 2+ years in software implementation or technology consulting.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating requirements into functional/technical solutions.
• Experience implementing Workiva in a consulting or enterprise environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to travel based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Workiva platform expert for client engagements.
• Lead and support Workiva implementations and configurations.
• Document business and functional requirements for clients.
• Translate requirements into functional/technical designs.
• Configure, build, test, and prototype technology solutions.
• Develop testing strategies and support UAT.
• Deliver training across client functions.
• Support pre-sales activities including demos and PoCs.
• Maintain focus on customer success, scope, timelines, and quality.
• Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Contribute to solution development and project leadership.
