Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS/Finance/Accounting/CS/Economics/Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience.
• 2+ years in software implementation, technology consulting, or related.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating to functional solutions.
• Experience implementing Workiva in a consulting/enterprise environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Workiva platform resource and SME for client engagements.
• Lead and support Workiva implementations, enhancements, configurations, and related initiatives.
• Work directly with clients to identify, understand, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional/technical solution designs.
• Configure, build, and test technology solutions.
• Develop testing strategies and plans; support UAT.
• Develop training plans, materials, and programs; deliver training.
• Support pre-sales activities including platform demos and proofs of concept.
• Maintain focus on customer success, scope, timelines, and quality.
• Support go-live and transition solutions to account management.
• Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Contribute to solution development, project leadership, and business development.
