Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
- 3–5 years in a professional environment.
- 2+ years in software implementation or tech consulting.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating to solutions.
- Experience implementing Workiva in a consulting/enterprise setting.
- Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a Workiva platform SME for client engagements.
- Lead Workiva implementations and related tech initiatives.
- Identify and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate requirements into functional/technical designs.
- Configure and test technology solutions and training plans.
- Support pre-sales activities with platform demos and PoCs.
- Ensure delivery quality, scope, and client satisfaction.
