Job summary

Crowe seeks an experienced GRC Technology Senior Consultant specializing in the Workiva platform to join our GRC Technology Consulting team. You will implement, configure, and optimize Workiva solutions for Fortune 500 to mid‑market clients, translating business needs into effective technology outcomes.

You will collaborate with clients and Crowe teams through the full lifecycle—from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support, with a strong emphasis on customer success and project

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in MIS/Finance/Accounting/CS/Business or related field.
3–5 years of professional experience.
2+ years in software implementation, technology consulting, system configuration, or related discipline.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating to functional/technical solutions.
Experience implementing Workiva solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as a Workiva platform resource and SME for client engagements.
Lead and support Workiva implementations and related technology initiatives.
Document business and functional requirements with clients.
Translate requirements into functional/technical solution designs.
Configure, develop, test, and prototype technology solutions.
Develop testing strategies and support UAT and testing cycles.
Develop training plans and deliver trainings across client functions.
Support pre-sales activities including platform demos and proofs of concept.
Maintain focus on customer success, scope, timelines, and quality.
Assist go-live and transition solutions to account management and support teams.
Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders at multiple levels.
Contribute to solution development, project leadership, and business development.
