Job summary

Crowe is seeking an experienced and motivated GRC Technology Senior Consultant with a strong focus on the Workiva platform to join our Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Technology Consulting team.

In this role you will work with organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to mid-market businesses to transform how they use technology to manage governance, risk, compliance, and related business processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience.
• 2+ years in software implementation or technology consulting.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into solutions.
• Experience implementing Workiva in a consulting or enterprise setting.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel based on client and project needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Workiva platform resource and SME for client engagements.
• Lead and support Workiva implementations, configurations and related initiatives.
• Collaborate with clients to identify, understand and document business requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional/technical designs.
• Configure, build, develop, prototype and test technology solutions.
• Develop testing strategies and support user acceptance testing.
• Develop training plans and deliver training across client functions.
• Support pre-sales activities including demonstrations and proofs of concept.
• Maintain focus on customer success, project objectives, scope and timelines.
• Assist go-live and transition solutions to account management and support teams.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Contribute to solution development, project leadership and business development.
