Job summary

Crowe is seeking a GRC Technology Senior Consultant focused on the Workiva platform to help clients manage governance, risk, and compliance solutions. You’ll work with Fortune 500 and mid-market organizations to implement, configure, and optimize Workiva workflows, GRC, financial reporting, Wdata, and Sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience.
• 2+ years in software implementation or consulting.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into solutions.
• Experience implementing Workiva solutions in a consulting/enterprise setting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Workiva platform SME for client engagements.
• Lead and support Workiva implementations and configurations.
• Document business requirements and translate to functional/technical designs.
• Configure, build, test, and prototype technology solutions.
• Develop testing strategies and support user acceptance testing.
• Create training plans and materials, and deliver client training.
• Support pre-sales activities with platform demos and proofs of concept.
• Maintain focus on client success, scope, and timelines.
• Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Contribute to solution development and business development activities.
