Job summary

Crowe is seeking a seasoned GRC Technology Senior Consultant focused on the Workiva platform to join our Governance, Risk and Compliance Technology Consulting team. You will help Fortune 500 and mid-market clients transform governance, risk, and compliance using Workiva across GRC, financial reporting, Wdata, and Sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience.
• 2+ years in software implementation, technology consulting, or related discipline.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into solutions.
• Experience implementing Workiva solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; strong organizational and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel based on client and project needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Workiva platform resource and SME for client engagements.
• Lead and support Workiva implementations, configurations, and related initiatives.
• Collaborate with clients to identify and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional/technical designs and build/test solutions.
• Develop testing strategies and support user acceptance testing.
• Create training plans and deliver training across client functions.
• Support pre-sales activities, including platform demonstrations and proofs of concept.
• Maintain focus on customer success, project objectives, scope, and timelines.
• Assist go-live transitions and hand-off to support teams.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders at multiple levels.
