Job summary

Crowe is seeking an experienced GRC Technology Senior Consultant with a strong focus on the Workiva platform to join our Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Technology Consulting team. In this role, you will work with organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to mid-market businesses to transform how they use technology to manage governance, risk, compliance, and related business processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in MIS, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of professional experience.
2+ years of software implementation or technology consulting experience.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into solutions.
Experience implementing Workiva solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong organizational and communication skills.
Willingness to travel based on client and project needs.

Responsibilities

Lead and support Workiva implementations, enhancements, configurations, and related initiatives.
Work with clients to identify, understand, and document business and functional requirements.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.
Configure, build, prototype, and test technology solutions.
Develop testing strategies and support user acceptance testing.
Develop training plans and materials and deliver training across client functions.
Support pre-sales activities, including platform demos and proofs of concept.
Maintain focus on customer success, project objectives, scope, timelines, and quality.
Support go-live and transition solutions to ongoing account management and support teams.
Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders at multiple levels.
Contribute to solution development, project leadership, and client service delivery.
