Crowe is seeking a GRC Technology Senior Consultant focused on the Workiva platform to join our Governance, Risk and Compliance Technology Consulting team. You will transform how organizations govern, manage risk, and report by implementing and optimizing Workiva solutions.

Collaborate with clients and Crowe teams across the project lifecycle—from requirements through go-live and ongoing support. Strong communication, problem-solving, and a growth mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• : Bachelor's degree required; MIS/Finance/Accounting/CS/Econ/Business preferred.
• : 3-5 years of professional experience.
• : 2+ years in software implementation or technology consulting.
• : Experience gathering requirements and translating to solutions.
• : Experience implementing Workiva in consulting/enterprise environments.
• : Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• : Serve as a Workiva platform SME for client engagements.
• : Lead and support Workiva implementations and configurations.
• : Gather and document business/functional requirements.
• : Translate requirements into designs.
• : Configure, build, test, and prototype solutions.
• : Develop testing strategies and support UAT.
