Job summary

Crowe is seeking an experienced GRC Technology Senior Consultant with a strong focus on the Workiva platform. You will join our Governance, Risk and Compliance team to help clients transform governance, risk and reporting processes.

You'll implement and optimize Workiva solutions, collaborate with Fortune 500 to mid-market clients, and translate business needs into effective technology, while guiding project delivery and client success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in MIS, Finance, Accounting, CS, Economics or related field.
3–5 years in a professional environment with 2+ years in software implementation or consulting.
Experience gathering requirements and translating into solutions; Workiva expertise preferred.
Ability to travel as required and work with clients at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

Lead Workiva implementations, configurations, and related tech initiatives.
Collaborate with clients to document requirements and translate into designs.
Configure, develop, test, and deploy technology solutions; support testing cycles.
Deliver training and assist pre‑sales activities with platform demos.
Maintain focus on customer success, project scope, and timely delivery.
