Job summary

Crowe is seeking a seasoned GRC Technology Senior Consultant with a strong focus on the Workiva platform to join our Governance, Risk and Compliance Technology Consulting team. You will help Fortune 500 and mid-market clients transform governance, risk, compliance, and reporting processes through Workiva-enabled solutions.

You will collaborate with clients and Crowe teams across the full implementation lifecycle—from requirements gathering through deployment, training, and ongoing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
3-5 years of professional experience.
2+ years in software implementation, technology consulting, or related.
Experience translating business requirements into solutions.
Experience implementing Workiva in a consulting/enterprise setting.
Ability to work independently and in a team with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as Workiva platform SME for client engagements.
Lead Workiva implementations, configurations, and initiatives.
Gather, understand, and document client requirements.
Translate requirements into functional/technical designs.
Configure, build, prototype, and test technology solutions.
Develop testing strategies and support UAT.
Create training plans and deliver client training.
Support pre-sales with platform demos and PoCs.
Ensure delivery quality, timelines, and objectives.
Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders.
Contribute to solution development and business development.
